These terms govern your access to and use of Votenir. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
Votenir is a real-time agile retrospective and sprint estimation tool. We provide tools for teams to run retrospectives, group and vote on cards, track action items, and estimate work collaboratively.
2. Beta status
Votenir is currently offered as a beta service. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. Live session data may be temporary and is not guaranteed to be preserved. Please do not rely on Votenir as your sole system of record.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, boards, or systems.
- Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create on Votenir. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the service for you and your team. You are responsible for the content you submit.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Votenir available and reliable, but we provide the service "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Votenir will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using Votenir and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the service or other users.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
