Votenir is a real-time, self-hosted tool that helps agile engineering teams run better retrospectives and estimate work together — without juggling multiple apps.
What Votenir does
Most teams use one tool for retrospectives and a different one for estimation. Votenir brings both into a single, fast, collaborative workspace:
- Sprint Retrospectives. Run facilitated retrospectives with structured phases (Creating → Grouping → Voting → Discussing), live card creation, grouping, voting, team mood polls, and exportable action items.
- Planning & Story Estimation. Estimate stories with planning poker around an interactive team table, with configurable card decks (Fibonacci, Modified Fibonacci, T-Shirt sizing) and link-based access for guests — no signup wall for invited participants.
- Real-time collaboration. Everyone sees changes as they happen, so remote and hybrid teams stay in sync.
Built to be private and self-hosted
Votenir runs on its own infrastructure in a European data centre, with your data stored in a dedicated database. There is no advertising and no selling of your data — the tool exists to help your team work better, nothing else.
